Highly Trained, Specialist Staff
SEND Trained
Staff receive specialist training in supporting children and young people with a wide range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. This includes communication, regulation, sensory needs, behaviour support and inclusive practice.
Paediatric First Aid Trained
All staff hold up-to-date paediatric first aid qualifications, so you can be confident that if an incident or medical need arises, it will be managed calmly, safely and professionally.
Enhanced DBS Checked
Every staff member holds a current Enhanced DBS check, and safer recruitment procedures are followed throughout our hiring process.
