How to Book

Our Four Step Booking Process:
Click “Start Your Journey”
Choose the session(s) you’d like for your child (wraparound / holiday / siblings) and submit your basic details.
Complete the Child Information Form
You’ll automatically receive a short form where you can share what we need to know to care well for your child, including:
- Their needs and personality
- Medical or care needs
- Any support, adaptations or ratios required
We Carefully Review Your Child’s Needs
Our friendly team will look over the information you’ve shared to make sure:
- We can safely and confidently meet your child’s needs
- We have the right staffing, training and environment in place
Booking Confirmation
Once we’re sure we can offer safe, high-quality care for your child, you’ll receive a booking confirmation email with:
- Your confirmed dates and times for you and your child come and meet us, settle in (stay and play) session .
- Key information about drop-off, pick-up and what to bring
