About Us
Join our passionate team inclusive journeys where we believe in providing a supportive and fun environment for children. We are looking for a motivated Level 2 Childcare Assistant to contribute to our efforts in both our nursery for children aged 2 to 5 and our before-and-after school club for children aged 5 to 16.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities in alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
– Provide a safe and welcoming environment for all children.
– Support children’s learning and development through play and hands-on activities.
– Build positive relationships with children and support their individual needs.
– Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of care and education.
Experience and Qualifications
– A Level 2 qualification in Childcare or equivalent is preferred but not essential.
– A willingness to learn and develop knowledge of the EYFS framework.
– Understanding of OFSTED regulations and commitment to continuous improvement.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
