Is this only for SEND children?

No. We were created for SEND children and their siblings — but we welcome all children.

Yes. Our SEND-trained taxi partners and escorts ensure safe, calm journeys.

Yes. Our SEND Lead writes Individual Support Plans and works with families.

Yes — trained staff follow medical plans.

We have sensory rooms, visuals, co-regulation and trained staff.

Yes — enhanced DBS + barred list + safer recruitment.

At inclusive journeys we understand that effective communication is essential for building trust and ensuring a welcoming environment for all families. If you or a family member do not speak English, we can support you:

 

We have staff members who speak various languages. Where  possible, we can provide assistance in your preferred language.

 

We offer access to professional translation services. This can help with important documents and communication as needed.

Absolutely. We are experienced in administering medication and supporting personal care with dignity. We will create a specific care plan with you before your child starts.
We operate with high staff ratios. If your child requires dedicated 1:1 support, please contact us to discuss funding and availability so we can ensure the right provision is in place.
We know change can be hard. We offer flexible settling-in sessions where you can stay with your child until they feel safe and comfortable in our environment.
