Is this only for SEND children?
No. We were created for SEND children and their siblings — but we welcome all children.
Do you provide transport?
Yes. Our SEND-trained taxi partners and escorts ensure safe, calm journeys.
Do you support children with EHCPs?
Yes. Our SEND Lead writes Individual Support Plans and works with families.
Can you administer medication?
Yes — trained staff follow medical plans.
What if my child gets overwhelmed?
We have sensory rooms, visuals, co-regulation and trained staff.
Are staff DBS checked?
Yes — enhanced DBS + barred list + safer recruitment.
What support do you provide for parents who do not speak English?
